ETHOS, BACKGROUND AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Whether you are starting therapy purely for personal interest or in a moment of crisis, I aim at offering support in your process of enriching your personal development, reaching an insight into your life patterns and developing insight and tools to turn crisis into opportunities.
I work drawing from several psychotherapeutic models according to individual needs and in a way that I feel is most valuable for achieving positive change and transformation.
My approach is non-judgmental and supportive. I work paying attention to the quality of the relationship between therapist and client, as I trust that this has an impact on the effectiveness of the therapeutic and healing processes.
I have a specific interest in working with people experiencing:
Relationships issues, Anxiety, challenges with Confidence and Self-Esteem, Stress, Life Transitions, Career Change, Grief, Bereavement and Loss, Cultural Issues and Depression. With people from the LGBT Community, with Londoners and with those who have cross-culturally relocated.
I see clients on a medium or longer-term basis and also work on short-term solution focused therapy.
